Help, how to clean bluing off pipes, but without making them shiney

Guys, my pipes have random blue marks from people touching the pipes, is there something i can wipe them down with to clean them, i dont care if they go lue and brown again, i just want them even

dont know if it works on bluing but glass cooktop cleaner will take boot marks off pipes

Na i dont want shiny silver pipes, my bike is all flat black

I want them to stay dull and brown and bluing can come back, just not where the hand print were

Or just spray them with high temp silver or black.

how hard is it to pull the headers off to paint/ceramic coat? also, can you shine up the '08's? hope this wasn't a hi jack of the thread .
