big yellow one most likely wont fit between the valve and seat.i would pull the throttle body.you might get lucky and remove the plug shoot some air in there and have it come back up into the throttle body you will need to stick the tool with the tape on it to catch so it dosnt go into the other side.also the valve will need to be all the way open.if its holding the valve open it will cause it to run bad do not restart the bike until its out

Ok thancks for the pointers. I off to bed (if I can sleep) but tommrow after work I no wher ill be all day. I hope I can figure something out.

DONT RUN THE BIKE ANYMORE!!!! Chances are the piece is sticking in between the head and valve and causing the valve to stay open. If it isn't now, chances are soon it will, then you will have valve to piston contact and that will be all she wrote for your engine. Had this happen once in my Mustang when I dropped a washer down my intake (thought it dropped on the floor, but it was one that was already down there....) so please dont make my mistake! The main cause of my engine failure was the washer denting the piston, and creating a hot spot, and ultimately the piston discintigrating

On a Kawa I got a plastic out by using a vacuum cleaner fitted a hose on it and tried for hours, finally it came out... good luck

on your shop vac you need to shrink down the opening to something you can fit down into the throttle... Use a piece of smaller hose or something in the end of the shop vac hose and then use tape to seal it up then stick the smaller hose down into the throttle to suck the nut up and pull it out. make sure your vac filter is clean so it has good suction.

Try something sticky /whateveryoneelsehassaid

What about using one of those old fish hook removers for when the fish swallows the hook?

If I'm correct, a wire nut should have a spiral of metal wire in it that holds wires in place when twisted. I doubt that it's magnetic though. Probably copper. I would give it a try though.
