help please

I bought a 97 buell m2 for cheap it runs and drives and is turbo charged, the only bad thing is, I don't have a seat for it, and can't seam to find one. Don't want to modify to fit an s1. Is there a seat that will fit it

sorry about your seat issue but I'm interested in knowing what kind of power your buell puts down turbocharged and what boost level is it at?

HP I don't know, boost leave is at 14lbs, carb rejetted, electric fuel pump, fuel press is at 35. Haven't rode it very far because of no seat lol. I got the bike for 250.00 and have only put a 100.00 into it.

No I work at a scrap yard and it came in stolen so I called The owner and since I called him and not crush it he said I could have it for 50.00 for the bike and 200.00 for the title.

One of the guys I work with just rolled up a towel and bungied it to his bike for a bit while he was getting his 70's honda seat reupholstered. Looks ghetto fabulous but its something for now.

+1 for the towel and bungies. Whatever works I suppose.

How different are the seats though? I cant imagine them being too different. A few simple modifications and you should be dandy. You could always swap out the entire subframe for something entirely different.

From what I have seen online they look totally different, a 97 m2 looks like a twintail s1 but wider and longer. Can't seam to find any info on it tho. was told if I go with a 99 m2 I'll need the tank the rear faring and the seat. If I go with a s1 I'll need to cut the seat frame down, I'll just try to make one until I can find one.

an option if you can't find the seat...AirTech in Vista, California, about a mile away from ASB has a "Manta 4" tail section with seat here
