So heres what bike doing after intake seals changed!? Did a tps reset but after that found out that didnt put the manifold flanges properly so had to do it again, this time did it properly put everything back the right way, but bike is stalling, on high rpm runs good, yesterday i took it on i-95 for couple hours runs very strong tho,but when idle the rpm stays below 1, and after a while the engine stops working, help please, do i need another tps restet after worked on it AGAIN ?! Check the video please

TPS Reset, AFV to 100, set your idle to slightly higher than normal such as 5.8 or 5.9 on the TPS to see if that helps stabilize things. Go for a quick 20-30 minute ride. Hook up afterward and then check the live stats while the bike is running via ECMSpy and see what your EGO is reading after the bike has been warmed up all the way. My bike, would idle fine in the morning, but after sitting in the sun for a few hours I would go out to start it after work and it would do the same thing and die while idling. After reading up on some tuning tips I used EGO and the IDLE area of the fuel map to tune my idle and now it's solid. Let me know what you find with the EGO, whether it's high meaning over 100% or lower than 100%. It will bounce around a little too but should stay within +/- 3% from 100%.

If it's dying while cold and other times your intake seals could be leaking...but that's just a guess considering I've never replaced them.

Check the intake seals again. Start the bike and spray some brake clean at the side of the throttle body. You might still have a leak.

When I first purchased my 2009 xb12scg I had similar issues of not holding idle. Harley diagnosed it as the IAC gone bad. They were wrong. After 30 days at Harley, they still didn't know what was wrong. I eventually found someone on YouTube who had the same issue and it was the TPS on the way out. His TPS never threw a code and Harley also had problems diagnosing his. My TPS never threw a code, but I replaced it and the problem went away. 30 days at Harley and the Buell tech couldn't figure it out himself, even when I suggested the TPS to him.

My problem was it would start up and within 10 seconds it would start to sputter and cough out. However, i could ride the bike as long as I kept the throttle cracked at lights to 2000 rpms.

Edit: I just watched the video you posted... My bike did exactly what yours is doing. TPS can be purchased at autozone for about $80 (Duralast part# TPS4129 for the 2008-2010) and you can replace it in less than 30 minutes... If it still doesn't fix it, take it out and return it.

A search of the forums should yield you the correct part number for your year.
