so my bike startd to idle at 500rpm's and i think only one cylinder was fired last night while i was riding home. when i let the clutch out and got above 2000rpm's it felt like the other cylinder would kick in. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas about what was going on with that. i havent had time to check the plugs yet(going to do after work today). also whats the proper gap for the spark plugs supposed to be? i want to ride my bike so badly today and i am afraid of getting stranded somewhere. anyone have a diagram of how to get the plugs out? seems like i might have to take the whole air box off?!?!?!?

The gap should be .035in.
You will have to remove the left side scoop to get to the front plug and the seat, airbox cover, air filter, and lower airbox plate to get to the rear.(don't forget to unplug the ait temp sensor mounted in the bottom of the lower airbox plate. Also don't remove the rubber boot from the throttle body.)
Then you will need a 5/8 deep-well socket with a universal joint for the rear and a 5/8 wrench for the front.
tis a pain in the arse.

thanks for your help guys! came in quite handy, although after taking everything apart i saw that one of the wires wasn't protected! good thing i bought plugs AND wires. runs like a champ now!
