Hero Motorcycles...Hastur?

does anyone know or have info if Hero will bring the Hastur stateside? the bike isn't due 'til the end of the year, but very curious if it will be imported.

everything I find on the Hastur states that it is a concept bike. Even though there is not a domestic (India) market for the bike at this time, there is the possibility of it being released to foreign markets. EBR's alliance with Hero includes distribution/sales of state side markets. I think EBR is trying to build a dealer base for it's bikes and may leverage the Hero sales at a later time. Just my .02.

It was confirmed to begin production design later this year overseas Logix. Last I read EBR was supposed to homologate small displacement Hero bikes into EBR showrooms within the next two years. Something along those lines anyways. Either way I think it will be a while before Hero shows up on american soil.

As far as I understand it this is also part of the reason the AX is taking so long to get into production. As much as EBR relies on Hero financially Hero has certain priorities in EBR's actions.
