Oddly enough, I don't think anyone's ever really asked me that. I've had 2 crack (both oval can RT-2's) that were replaced or repaired maybe a year or so after they were built, it appears that it was a harmonic problem on 1125's only with that style of muffler body. No other failures that I'm aware of at this point. I've been building these for roughly 4 years now and they're intended for race use, so there isn't really a warranty that I can really give a date/time to. Suffice it to say, if it breaks from a weld or design failure, I'll either repair or replace the pipe as needed. Figure if you're the original owner and a year later it breaks, I'll fix it. 5 years, probably then too. Just depends on what happens to them really. I try being harder on my equipment than what you'd normally do to it just to find any problems. I've dropped a couple of mine on purpose just to see what gets damaged. No crash testing, although I have curbed and speed bumped mine pretty hard several times.
Mmm, no, don't think so. It won't really fit. You're headed into the realm of silliness at that size. Next you'll want a 4" outlet, but the problem is, the bodies are only 3.5" OD. [cool]
