the guys on the "other" forum were trying to figure out how they lowered it. they thought they might have cut the springs down. most likley a show only bike.

I've never been a fan of lowered sport bikes but that thing looks GREAT!! Bet it rides like $#!t though.

Yeah, the Buell Factory Race Exhaust looks nice painted in blue.

Most of the ones I've seen in the past become a little over the top once they've been re-painted, but this one was done just right. Awesome [up][up]

Sorry for the late post as some have commented but I work 3rd shift and sleep from 3pm-10pm since my GF works 2nd shift.

Anyway, Joel that does looks sweet as hell, I would like to alter a few things but overall it is what I have in mind.

The front spring have to be cut or somehow they converted the front to air???

I have a Ss swingarm hopefully in the works by another member, and I think I may have to just try the lower myself by cutting up a set of springs.

Originally I planned to put an S tail on but after riding my bike then my GF's bike today I don't care much for the upright seat posture, so I am theinking about moddifying the firebolt tail section.

All a work in process.

an S tail on a firebolt shouldnt change the posture. You're feeling the bars and lower pegs.

got ya, I guess the Scg seat gives the feel it is pushing you forward.

Maybe there is hope yet. Although I know I would have to go with the street fighter seat for the added padding.

Once I get into it I will possibly look for a tail swap here on the forum. My R rear for an S. But might just buy the components so I can convert back to stock if I wish. Choices choices.

yea, i just thought you would get a kick out of this bike. i think everyones buell is a work in progress. i'm always changing something (that bike would look bad azz in the back of your truck though)

I have found, I have a problem, it seems I have never been able leave my vehicles alone. In a dozen or more ways I seem to always change things around.

As for my bike assuming I do get the Ss swingarm my bike will be lowered and completely be transformed by the end if the season.
