Im down as long as I can get the brake pieces. Whos gonna do a write up on this

Been done. It's even "sticky-ed" in the "helpful bueller links" thread.

I don't need the write up, but are you sure one has been done and is posted in the helpful links thread? The only one i found in that list was this one: http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-For...embo-rear-hidden-caliper-mod-list-of-calipers

....and it really only talks about fitment (which calipers work). ...which might prove to be helpful to those who do not yet have a caliper!

Well got my 2010 Ducati Streetfight caliper in the mail. Even though the mounting holes are 84mm apart it still mounted just fine :D

The one thing I had to do to make it fit was slightly grind the corners of the inner brake pads. Bo buggy just 20sec on the belt sander and all set.

i cant wait till mine gets here. were you able to make the stock brake line work or no. i bought the one with the connection on top instead of the side like yours.

I don't have the swing arm, LOL well about 50% of the bike for that matter. so I haven't tried the brake line yet.

I got mine... Looks fantabulous!!

Caliper arrived @ the post office today.
I'll pick that up tomorrow.

Can't wait till spring......

I definitely love this look "without caliper". It gives a pure look to the rear wheel [up]

hey guys, we still have not gotten our CNC up and running. I am trying to get a second round going through my guy. As soon as I can get a hold of him, I will let you guys know.

Hey Juicehead,
I have my caliper and bolt ready, whenever your up and running could you send me a PM. I'll take one but I'm in no big hurry.

Thanks.

Thank you sir, and we are patiently waiting.

I just got mine finished yesterday. I had to get a custom made brake line (12Scg) as no way the original would fit. A whole $23 bucks for a coated stainless line! I had to pretty much remove the caliper and tie it up above the master cylinder to get all the air out of it during bleeding. I'll post some photos of the finished product later on.
you guys doing this on SCG's I think you'll need new lines.

Jim
