Scratch that, I'm out. Sorry to post so quick....I didn't realize that the American Sportbike/DarkHorse bracket was only $70 these days.....I'll go with the tried and true version for $20 more!

Just to let you know, the part is very simple. Six one way half-dozen the other, you are getting the same thing, the only difference is I am not marking them up to make money.

I am a design engineer, I design propellers/tooling for a living, this is as tried and true as it gets

For the heck of it, I even did a study on it in solidworks simulation...

By the way, guys, these are still in process... they should be done soon.

$20 is $20 IMO, like mention it is a piece of aluminum not some high end specifically engineered susp. component with multiple parts or even an item with high stress levels or easy wear aspects.

Also ASB tacks on another $12.95 for shipping which is a bit much unless you are already ordering something from them. [smirk]

The bolts used to mount the bracket and the caliper are more of a critical part than the bracket itself because of the sheer loads on the bolts.

I am not ashamed of my ignorance....what the hell is this thing...got a picture of it on a bike? I am having trouble figuring out how this bracket hides a caliper?

From what i've read, it relocates your brake calipers position to be hidden behind the swingarm outta sight. But u have to use the smaller brembo caliper for fitment. Looks sick

ok, brackets should be done just after the new year, I am getting 20 made in the first round. I keep forgetting to post a pic of the the prototype looks like.. [mad]
