That was the most hilarious thing I have read in quite a while. Best two pages of a forum ever

60 pages in two days?? wow. I didnt think anyone could ever be soooo stupid... way to go buddy, way to go [up]

thats awesome...the great part is the seriousness. This guy was convinced he didnt do anything wrong for the first page or so

I work with a guy who's been riding forever, 40-50 years or something. He bought a brand new Yamaha big ugly cruiser thing. Had it under a week and filled it with diesel. Said the damn thing wouldn't run right and screamed at the dealer.:p

This is BS, the guys a troll. If you search the forum for some of his other posts, he says:

the ideal place to shift is above the peak point in the graph. A close approximation is to shift at an rpm such that when you click the next gear it drops to an RPM that has a whp equal to what it was when you shifted. Plot a graph, account for your gear ratios and do some quick math and you'll know very close to the ideal shift point for each gear

The actual ideal shift point is calculated by finding the peak value of a graph when plotting the average value theorem of the HP curve from A (rpm you enter the next gear at) to B (rpm when you decide to shift) for a range of B from 0 to redline.

I hope this helps

or how about:

I doubt a hot bodies megaphone would make you run lean since it doesn't remove the cat. Try a different map and see what happens

Does this sound like a guy who doesn't know how to drain a gas tank or change spark plugs? Besides, I don't think anyone who's owned a Subie WRX STI and a Gixxer (look at his user name) would not know the difference between the energy drink bottle and the fuel additive bottle. They look nothing alike. For that matter, if he knows about fuel maps and exhausts, would he really dump two bottles of any fuel additive into his Gixxer tank?

I call BS. Exquisite trolling, however, if your into that.

damn xb12rnoob you had to go and burst my bubble, oh well at least i got to laugh for awhile, i needed that. good catch tho;)

Sorry guys... I'm that guy that points out how "that would never happen!" in movies. Disbelief suspension is not in my nature.

I mean, this guy is famous now! He's even made it into Wikipedia. He must be commended for his trolling skills. But when those came out, how many people saw those drinks and said, "I wonder if anyone ever poured one of those in their tank?" I know I did.

God bless the Internet!
