A "home coming" to a different company with different owners, in a different building, in a different city and state? I guess if you own a "new Buell", but most of the people here are riding their "new to me XB9SX".

Will Eric Beull be there?

OK, enough cynicism, I wouldn't mind meeting Bill Melvin, shaking his hand, and commending him for trying to breathe new life into the name. I dont agree with the direction the company is going, but that doesn't make them "wrong" or "bad" or anything like that.

That said, I'd rather own a "new Buell" than a Fuell any day of the week.

Hahaha. You make some pretty strong points.

I would also buy a new Buell over a Fuell. No electric vehicles for me.

Don't really care for the direction the company is going either, but more power to them. He likes it as a hobby, but trying to make money too. I get it.
who knows how much Erik/hd pay rotax for the current design engine? I would consider a re-tool investment of the V-4 revision based on the current design for a first gen V4 platform then heavily in revision of the chassis for redesign to accommodate the extra bulk. Incorporate some composite materials to offset weight gain.
you could make a special edition pro-charger version, pay Guy Martin to do a hot lap of IOMTT like Kawasaki and H2R. That is if I had Keanu Reeves money that is. Just saying....
