Honda Grom

I rode one this past summer and it was pretty neat. They would be cool to commute or just tool around on in urban areas.

I would like to have a grom, but here there are so few at the moment they are selling well over MSRP even for a used one.

Go old school buy a ysr...
the gnom is only cool if your 5'2 and wiegh 95lbs and live in the city....
it's kinda like the ruckus.... Fun as hell if your drunk as hell out camping or if you want to f-ck up people's lawns and hill climbs....

I'm 5'8" 155 lbs and 40. The most comfortable bike I've ever owned was my buell blast. Went from that to 1125r. Much less comfortable. Now my xb12r is awesome but still un-comfy. I thought maybe the Grom would relate to the blast.

What bars are on your 12r I imagine the clipon style? Highrise bars would make you more upright for more "comfy"

The Grom is a ton of fun! But got old quickly. Only went 50mph[sad]
Of course, that might be because I'm 6'3" and 200lbs. I looked like a circus act riding it.

I'm 5'11" and around 220, rode a grom, wheelied a grom and stoppied a grom. So much fun. Waiting to find one in the 2k range then I'll probably buy it and commute on it/hit kart tracks on it.

not really. mark 4 honda/suzuki in wyethville, VA has them brand new for $2850 out the door.

Ive looks around where im at, houston tx. Most places dont have them right now and the few that do are wanting 3400-3500ish

I checked it out. Way too little. The Cb300 resembles a large grom. It would be better. I decided to buy a new Harley street 750. Painted mysterious red. It had 2 miles on it. Didn't ride it too far. Dark and cold out. But I did enjoy the short ride I had.
