Tomorrow is the big day that I get to pick up my 09 cherry xb12ss in renton, WA. and there was much celebration. this will be a day for the annals of history. and it will be so, both now and forever.

yeah, those guys treated well. the guy giving me the low down was really excited because he himself just rode one for the first time a week before because they are doing some sort of buell weekend extravaganza and are getting the bikes somewhat ridden a little before the masses come.


the bike is 3 times what i expected. i love it xinfinity

Im from Wenatchee myself. We've got alot of Buell riders here in WA. On the local board(pnwriders.com) we have been trying to get a Buell ride going but we're all so spread out spread out and with diff scheduls thats its next to impossible.

thanks for the tip on pnwriders.com. it seems like a nice board, but not used much anywhere other than portland.

but i did get a nice chance to break the bike in almost proper down in the columbia gorge back towards sandy, OR.

it feels like a magnificent dream where my toes barely touch the ground.

Wow pdx, joel is right. You got a CA bike. Don't worry, it's easy to remove. Cap off the throttle body hose and route the hose behind the left peg.

yeah, it's a CA bike. but it runs fine and i don't have any of the sputtering or hiccuping that i have heard you guys talking about yet.

so i'm prolly being superstitious, but hopefully it isn't ruining my bike.
