Horn issues!

ok, so i bought my biek used, 05' xb12 and ive never needed the horn until yesterday, and i found out it doesnt work! after the near death experience i pulled off my windscreen and looked around. everything looks ok, but im wondering maybe theres an inline fuse, or possibly a loose wire somewhere? anyone else fool with the horn before?

no, never have needed one. Just get yourself a loud pipe and use the throttle as a horn switch [cool]

The first thing I would do is find the plug on the horn and disconnect it. Get som wire and run from the positive side of the battery and touch it to the terminal if it does not work then the horn is the problem. If it does then we will have to dig deeper. Try this and let us know.
