Have you opened up your airbox yet? I used mine for that. Also used it to hack my front pulley cover.
I have the airbox delete but i did use it to shorten the rear mudguard on my ss! The possibilities amazed me when i saw all the tools and accessories that are available, why you can even do small scale milling but i dont know how to or what the dremel`s limits are so hence this thread! Thanks for your input! :up:

I used mine in the stock exhaust to cut the exhaust valve out. Could not have done it any other way and it fit in there perfectly. Man I love that tool! :up: This is what the exhaust looked like when all done.
I used my Dremel to merge an 1125R wind screen in to a 1125CR fly screen.
rchuff and SEXT9 they are both really cool uses and you two are on an advanced level to me i am still a dremel newbie but like you said rc, man i love that tool! Thanks for your input it helps me learn more! P.s both of your photo`s are awesome! you both did bloody good jobs!! :up: :up:
