MAGIC you from chicago land area? im about an hour and a half northwest of downtown chicago.

yea i plan on headin to colorado maybe this summer. its like a 1500 mile round trip or something like that. im just hopin it wont be a problem on my lightning.
 
i was thinkin bout getting a throttle lock, but im not sure thats a smart move yet hahaha i wouldnt want to fall asleep!

Had one on a bike on a long trip. Fell asleep. Normally, this would have resulted in the bike slowing down. Luckily it was a really straight stretch across the Texas pan handle.
 
8ft went from my living room to my computer got on line called dealer in corinth tx.payed over the phone.shipped free to amarillo tx 2 days later.
 
I bought my 08 XB12S from Calumet HD in Munster Indiana. I wasn't able to go pick it up myself so I had it shipped to Champlain NY which is about 880mi away.
 
all the way ;) the most I've ridden was roughly 350 miles, we took all back roads to my cabin in Grayling, MI. Time consuming, but there is no place else I'd rather be than on my bike.
 
i drove 385 miles round trip to pick up my 05xb12scg i know that does not sound like a lot, but i live in the sf bay area.
 
I had some one haul my Buell from Richmound Virginia to Madison Wis.Well i had to pay for it that count for anything?:D
 
ok well a few years back I bought a xb9s in Houston Tx. I live in Harrisonburg Va. I caught a flight to Houston and rode non-stop (only fuel) back to Harrisonburg!!!! 1283 miles, 21hours....ONE WAY!!!!

I'm starting to plan my trip to Oklahoma, looks like its about 2100 miles each way. [smirk] I'm sure I'll take a few detours along the way. I can't wait...hope to meet some of the forum members along the way. I'll be leaving from lake Stevens wa.
