I think I've only gone 4,000 this season. I just hit 10,000 miles the other day.

i know i am insane 4 those rides where 800 miles in a day to nc. i got wet 3 of them
may trailer it there next year 3 or 4 hours of rain riding really sucks

What is this ''season'' you speak of? I ride year round and rode my lightning almost everyday the first year I owned it. 20k miles almost to the day of one year. [up]

After yesterdays ride, I'm pushing 700 miles. Prob the lowest on the board.. But I have only been riding since June and this is my first streetbike. Aiming for 1,500+ miles before snow gets here! [cool]

I'v put 5k+ miles since Feb. Im hoping to ride into Dec this year and be back on the road in late Jan, but prolly wishful thinking.

I rode into early Dec last year. And rode the day after the snow melted when we got the warm air from Hawaii that melted all our snow over night.

Heated grips + Insulated pants should help this year.

1st Bike I have ever owned or ridden other than the training class. about 3k miles this season. Would be more, but I need new tires on it before I can go on longer rides comfortably. New tires get put on monday. HURRAY
