how to install 3wire front blinker?

Im trying to get this one. It has linker, running light on the back side. It has 3wires.

I will install this one in front side.

but there are only 2 wires to connect right? How can i connect it?

Their will be 2 12v power wires and 1 ground. The third wire will have to be run to a constant (key switched) 12v source, such as the headlight 12v power side. Good luck!

You can cut and splice it in or you can use a splicing connector that will leave your hedadlight wire mostly intact if you ever choose to reverse your decision.

Thanks for good information ! since i install splice connector, the wire will be damaged?

I don't understand how does it works without peel off the wire skin

It will damage the wire, but it usually doesn't cut all the way through. There is a little spade in the connector you squeeze down with pliers and it pierces both wires creating a bridge between the 2 wires. Thus an electrical connection. It doesn't cut all the way through unless you way over do it.
