Thanks His And Her Buells. There is very noticeable difference. It is plumb directly to the throttle body so it has a (much)colderair temp plus it also Rams the air in. with that said, the Throttle response is the most noticeable diference( alot more responsive), pulls harder at about 3500rpm all the way to red line. It also cruises about 200rpm. the only problem is it starts leaning out at about 105 or around 6000rpm. but thats what a programer is for.(thats on the way) but all and all it made a big difference. Kinda surprised i had not seen it on another bike. as for the Fan i cant tell because it has been in the 90's since i did this so it seems to run alot anyways. I may fab up a new scoop just not sure yet. and i did put it on a dyno but with the leaning out issue was unable to get a good number to post. ounce i get my programmer i will be back to the dyno and they will be posted.
