I love my XB but every time I see a white and blue 1125r I just sit there staring with my jaw on the floor. It's deff more my style. If I would have waited 6 months, I deff would have picked it over my XB.

Anyone else know what I mean? Maybe I'll trade for one someday </dreaming>

sorry sk8ace
it is the look of the streetfightin' XB's thatt moves my heart..lol
I feel in love with BamBam the first time I saw him on Craigslist and kept that pic as my screensaver til I had the cash.

I do not like the look of the elephant ears on the 1125r/1125CR BUT of the two the CR speaks to me moreso then the r
:)

Bieng most the white and blue ones I know of are full of issues...
But yes the 1125's are badass love mine. Still a few new ones at grand rapids Harley

Yes, I know what you mean. I bought my old XB9R used in 2008 because I had always loved the firebolts. after I bought it I started seeing more of the 1125Rs on the track and in the store, and I wanted one...but was still getting the feel for the bolt. It took me a year to pick up my 1125, but I am glad I did!

I have the same feeling when i see the white blue 1125r!!(probably being cause my xb12r is the same color scheme) Only i dont regret buying the xb. I just want to get 1125r too![cool] Love the Xb for everything it is. BAMF:D

Not to knock the 1125s, but count me with the Lightning fans.

Don't know what it is but I also think my XB is the best looking. The looks just complete the; bad ass sound(Hawk!),bad ass feel, bad ass torque lol I could keep going but you get the picture. I love that aggressive brute look! I wouldn't trade it for anything! Also love all the models, unique in their own way and my second pick would be the CR.

My bike sort of found me and when I first saw the 1125's, I hated the shoulder pad look of the pods. It has grown on me since then. If I had it to do all over again, I probably would have kicked in a little more and went looking for a cr. I love the look and shape of the fly screen with the pods now. The added plus being the liquid cooling. I'm divided on the engine. Sportster engines probably mean a transplant is easier if you ever had to resurrect an xb. Not sure about the Rotax.

I kinda know what you are feeling. I LOVE my XB, but sometimes I get to looking at the 1125 bikes (both of them) and think WOW those look awesome. I would love to have one in addition, and will try to do so when I graduate college and pay off my XB.

My thinking on it is this. The XB bikes are done, but Buell will come back with another liquid cooled bike and I will be able to get one when I am ready.

I've gotten used to the pods, but I will never get used to that giant 1125R fairing, it just can't be done. I wouldn't mind an 1125, but I'll always love the XBs. The only Buell upgrade I'm considering is trading my xb9 for an xb12 for a few extra HP, but I'm very pleased with what I've got now. I guess I wouldn't complain about an 1125 stuffed in my XBS though [up]
