yes you can swap it with an XB swingarm ... err .. should i say 'it has been done' by user name loose1. prolly easier to just get one fabbed up out of square tubing or hack up yours and widen it.
you'll still be limited in width by the belt. you could always go with a chain and a jack shaft like all the 'busa boys'
dunno 'bout turboing a carb'd thumper. good luck with that.
and taller gearing will only make it slower off the line, and lower your cruising RPM's. the stock gearing is about as good as it can be for teh given tranny ratios.
we all want to be louder faster and have more power. but hopping up a blast?
youre starting with like 25 HP, and even if you see 100% gains on all the performance mods known to man kind, that puts you at 50 HP and tousands in the red.
i mean, seroiusly, just get another bike with more displacement and another combustion chamber or 3, and enjoy the crap out of that blast!
don't forget to re-jet the carb when you put a different pipe on, and don't advance your timimg more than a degree or two.
