Yesterday around 2 PM I was on 434 in Longwood Florida right in front of the hospital going with the heavy 45mph traffic. In the oncoming lane I saw what looked like a blue and silver XB9s with hard bags caught up in an angry ANGRY scorpion. He was in bumper to bumper traffic going at about 45mph and I guess someone slammed on their brakes in front of him, he grabbed a handful of front brake and the bike flipped over right in front of me in the oncoming lane. The rider was thrown and hit headfirst followed by his right shoulder.. both rider and bike passed me in full tumble. The rider had a helmet and a silver and black armored sport jacket and gloves.. that's all I remember.
I tried to double back but the highway is divided right there and the traffic in the oncoming was totally locked up.
I saw ppl going to his aid and I saw the rider pull himself off the asphalt and walk to the side of the road and sit down.

If that was anyone here, sorry that happened to you dude. I tried to get to you but I couldn't get over there due to the gridlock and crazy drivers. Hope youre not busted up too much, I went down a few weeks ago. But I will tell you this dude, your wreck looked badass has hell.. you went down like a ******* MAN!

Its always horrible seeing another biker go down. [down] At least you got to see him get up and walk a bit.

yeah I saw him get up and limp over to the side of the road and put his helmeted head in his hands.. I felt for him dude.. I know the feeling.. he went down like a champ though..

It was a blue Naked with a silver frame, pretty small and with a hard bag setup on it, square looking bags.. at first glance It looked like a XB9s another possibility is that it could have been a SV650 but to me it looked like it had two projector beams..

My office is near the site and a co-working was going by when it happened and he was shook up about it. Fortunitly the hospital and fire EMT's were right close! SR 434 is always a bitch and now with the construction its gotten worse. Ride safe Central Florida Buellers!

I do whatever I can to avoid roads like that. I hate riding around orlando, I try to take the back roads, or turnpike and just shoot straight past all the congestion.
