I want these Angel Eyes!

angel eyes are not designed to help you see, they are designed to help you be seen.

I am always skeptical about buying shit online when they cant spell and the wording is incorrect. It tells you they use a translator program. If you have problems, there will be no support. All you will get is "me no speak English." If they want to sound and look like a resectible seller, the least they could was ensure that the marketing is correct. Just my two cents worth.

So what do you do about not being able to see where you are going at night??

these are not a replacement for the headlight, they are just an accent. I wouldn't be changing my headlights at all, just adding these around the fixture

I have something similar in my xb. Install wasn't too bad. Had to bake the headlight for about 10 minutes to loosen the seal. Once apart I used epoxy to hold the rings in place. Then back in the oven for a quick heat to reseal. I tried using rings similar to those above and wasn't too happy with the results. They looked fine with the lights off but were barely visible with the lights on so I went with an led ring instead. Those are bright enough to be seen either way.

have a pic of them?

I bought these a while back look nice but about a couple of days after I installed them one of the bulbs burned out. He was ok to deal with, he sent me a brand new bulb at no charge to me but like it says it comes from Germany so you have to wait for it to go through customs. Kind of a pain to install, I had to open up the headlight bezel(a real piece of work) and eyeball the center and used silicone to adhere it. I haven't replaced the burned out bulb yet as I imagine it will be a bitch to get the bezel apart again since I siliconed it shut. I would say that for the money and time it took to get them installed it wasn't worth it. They aren't too visible when the headlight is on either(depending which headlight is on), although you can see the other one pretty well. I will post pics when I get to my CPU later. Hope this helps! You also want to check with your states laws about colored lights on the front of your bike. In some states it's illegal to have any sort of colored lights on the front of any vehicle unless it's an emergency vehicle.

I installed a set... As Fat Trucker said, you have to bake your headlight assembly and dismantle.

If you're unsure about that, then don't order them.

I re-wired to have my angel eyes on as running lights and my high beam switch activated both headlights for night driving...

i just got a set of halos and am trying set them up the same way. however i am no electrical whiz........ any chance you can tell me how you did it?

I'll draw something up when I get back to her tonight.

But basically I did the dual headlight mod mentioned on this site, and switched the wires for the lamps to the highbeam position in the connector. Then ran the halos into the lowbeam position... If that helps.

I'm doing right now and was wondering if you ever had any problems with running both headlights off of the same wire? I know this question is 5 years late but worth a try.

Yeah I've already done that mod, but now I'm thinking of running a wire from the high beam to the low beam and using the low beam for the halos, so it'll be putting a load on the high beam's wire. Guess I'll just try it.

how did it work out running the halos off of the low beam wiring, and linking both regular bulbs to the high beam wiring? (I think that's what you were saying) I want to do this to mine, but I was having trouble getting the light housing apart. any ideas????
