Yeah, I had seen both of those. It seems like a well designed pack, its just at $90-$125 I wished it would hold a LITTLE more than my current backpack. Right now, my Icon Mil-Spec and rain gear take up my medium pocket and whatever else take up the large and small ones but this almost sounds like its the same size as a normal book bag (plus the addition of a pull out helmet spot and straps on the back for my jacket. Thats not really worth it to me...[confused]

How much "stuff" will this thing hold, btw?  Will it hold enough "stuff" plus the usual bike necessities (oil, an extra shield, a couple of wrenches) for a 3 day trip?

For the most part it holds the standard amount of stuff compared to other backpacks. But it does have a specific area for tools [smirk]

Hmm. How about this...are there any GOOD alternatives to this pack? I need something for daily use that also has a decent capacity.

I use the ogio no drag daily...holds my gym clothes/shoes and computer with room for more. Bought the 'pack pelt' they make for it that meets the reflective requirement for riding on base and it fits snug against the backpack...I've had it on up to about 120 or so and could feel no flapping.

everythingwastaken, The Kriega pack definitely have the storage space but they are a little boring haha. Not as many features for the price.
The military pack is nice but has too soft of material, in my opinion its better to have a bag that wont shift or flap in the wind.

STICK WITH THE ICON SQUAD ll PACK :D
