I was about to complete a TPS reset on my '07 xb12Ss, and when I got the the part about adjusting my idle screw, I could not locate it.

I did find something in the same area that had three pink buttons Hooked up to electronics. Where could my idle adjustment screw have gone?

If it helps, I have a jap bike. It is also running a thunderstorm engine.

you can by accessing your ecm via either ecmspy or tunerpro rt and changing the IAC numbers. the IAC is the device which controls idle speed at both cold start and normal operating temps. factory has it pre-set for 1150rpm at cold-start and 1050rpm at warm run.

i believe you are referring to ecmspy for 2007 models that are non-thunderstorm engine. you stated you have a japbike and thunderstorm engine. if that is in fact the case the idle as i previously mentioned is ecm controlled and there is no curb idle speed adjustment screw. you would follow the 2008-2010 tps reset instructions.

I own a 2007 buell. The idle adjustment screw on mine is on the left front of the bike betweem the air scoop and the front cylinder. It is adjusted buy an allen wrench

that's all true and this members' XB is also a 2007 but read his post carefully. i believe he's from either OZ or NZ and has a japanese version of a 2007 XB which has a Thunderstorm motor and 2008 electronics. hence....no curb idle speed screw.
