New to the game here.Just bought a 2009 xb12r north of the Golden Gate Bridge.Drove over the bridge turned right and took Rt 1 south to Mexico.Wow what a trip.If I did not have to go back to work I would keep going to Antartica.Smooth, powerful,comfortable,fun.This machine is truly Heaven!!!

I thought the same thing when i rode the 12r for the first time, after riding Cbr 600 RR this bike pulls soooo hard and smooth under 100mph its intoxicating.

Sounds like an awesome ride! I take 101 from Astoria, OR to the bay area when I go to my folks place in Cali. First on my FZ, then in April on my R1, I can't wait to do it on my XB12R.

I know I will be breaking this bike down at some point, but I can see I will likely buy another just to ride.
