Maybe I'm the only person that is driven absolutely crazy by this.... I sell alot of stuff on craigslist (usually for a profit god willing) and I am always very very annoyed by potential buyers using Blue Book Values to low ball my asking price. I do not care about the value given by the internet, I've already checked it!!!

I have sold 2 geo trackers that booked for $700 one for 4250 and one for an even 5k, a boat that booked for $6000 for $9000 and bought a boat that books for $16-19K for $8000 (hope the tax man doesnt see this!!!)

Anyways, my point is, I get so frustrated with people telling tme the value of my item and being so proud of themselves for looking it up that i made this today.... and you are all welcomed to use it if u want!!!

I always price stuff at "TMV" true market value, you cant go by KBB or NADA pricing. If someone really wants what you have they will pay.

If you put must sell baby on the way, I'm usually the @$$hole that shows up w waaaaaaaaaay less cash than what you're asking. Some people just do it to themselves..lol

I absolutely dont blame you!! Thats just being smart. Knowing how motivated the seller is, is knowing if you're going to get a deal or not. I dont usually like to beat people down much, but sometimes its just there for the taking!

Oh and does anyone wanna buy a Polaris Sportsman 500 HO with a plow and winch for about $900 over book?

I'm very tired of it I will not sell my 09 1125r for less than 4,000.
I can get that on a trade at a local Duc Shop and they will get 5,500 for it.
I know this to be true I watched it happen at Team mcc.

WOW! I didn't expect that video! Haha.

I agree. If I see something I want on CL for double what it's worth, I won't even bother calling.

Offering 50% of what the seller is asking is stupid. Either they think it's worth a ton more than you do (and you won't get it anyway). Or you are wrong and won't ever pay double what you think it's worth (and won't get it anyway).

Using KBB and NADA is ok for cars, but Bikes, boats, RV's...? No way.
