They want to sell several different staged kits, parts, and complete bikes. That's why it is taking so long -

wow, never saw any of these Blasts on here before. Gotta admit, been kicking around getting one, but could never picture what could be done....i smell next winter's project!

Dunno - it will come 600cc stage 3, Baker drum, and then what ever they throw on it with that hot Harris chassis - probably around 14,000.00 and they'll get it because of the names involved in its design - all quality ***** - lol

Well I know this post is old but I am going to start put together plan for building a bike like this one from Mac. Has anyone done a full bike build like this with the use of the the thumper. Is the big bore kit worth doing. Who makes a chain drive mod. I'm planning to do this project over the next year or two. Have a wedding that's ganna be holding me back. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

The blast look pretty good once you strip the un-neccessary plastic off of it! This is the one I got my wife. Have considered cafe'n it out with a little fairing and clip-ons.

I would be interested in learning more about the air filters Thumpe and soulhamster are useing, i cant see those functioning in a very dusty region of the motherland, and I'm from kansas so i cant see something like that being very effective for me, I want to do some type of air box mod on my blast but I havent quite decided yet

There's several over-bore at buellridersonline.com

just_some_dude is running the 600cc kit, several others with the 515cc kit, even more have done the XB swap. I believe there's one or two that have a 515/XB even.

44 Magnum is not a "kit". It's tons of money into case modifications to allow for a 1200 crank with a very over-bore jug and custom piston; plus everything else associated.

I am not a big fan of the singles, that being said I have heard you can make them fast for what they are and the weight is awesome.

You ask if anyone's done any big bore Blasts, I listed some (with a reference), but now you're "not a big fan." I'm confused.
