In southern ohio area?

Anyone live in the southern ohio area that can maybe help me reprogram my ecm?

I know there's some guys on here in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. I can't think of any off the top of my head though.

Im in Dayton Ohio, I wish I knew how to tune. I have the cord and ecm spy but not idea how to do anything except tps reset.

Who know that may help. Previous owner put an aftermarket exhaust on and never did anything.

I've talked to DK GoodRich down in northern KY. He said he could tune it for around $250. But it would be a pro tune on a dyno. You could try him.

Thanks for asking honda. If I had done a ton of performance mods it would be worth it. But for the condition my bike is in its over kill.

Yeah my bikes only got a intake and exhaust. So I didn't take it to him for a tune but I thought id ask him. I asked a couple months ago haha. If you find anyone around here to tune it let me know also if you dont mind. Ill do the same if I find someone.

I will do. The only problem I have is it runs rough at cruise speed doesnt matter if I'm going 30 or 60.

I may break down and buy a cable. The only reason I haven't is because on the ecmspy website you have to pay for the program now. I'm not sure if I could get an earlier version from someone on here.

I think you can still download the program from somewhere for free. I have the cable and program but dont know how to tune it. I have done a tps reset and messed around with throttle and set idle but thats it.

I have to look into what has to be done when you change the muffler. I also need to check my codes because at least once a ride it runs rough and the engine (not oil) light comes on for about 30 seconds.

Gotcha, I know how to check the codes. Im a little north if you ever want to come up to Dayton and use the cord and software.
