So I got tired of all my 49er hats and came up with this. If you guys are interested I can get them for $25.00. If I do a big order I can get them cheaper. I want some of the money to go to a biker down charity in California. Please note your size.They run small/medium and large/extra large. If interested just leave your hat size here.

I like them but I have a big head lol. Hats tend to fit weird, its rare I find a L/XL hat that fits good, but a XL/XXL is an even more rare find!!

FYI you can go to LIDs and (don't know if every mall has them) but most of them have a machine to put your name or a small logo on hats while you wait.

Yeah the digitzing process will still run $50 there plus the 45 minute travel time for me. The hats seem to be similar quality as these, just the lids brand.

I have a big a$$ head.7 5/8. The large/extra large works fine.

Just curious, did you comtact Jeremy (BUELLXB) about doing this, using his logo and all. I had a similar thought about making BUELLXB.COM decals again like Davexb12r did and was wondering about the process (if any?).

I will have the paypal up soon.once I get a dozen sizes and people to buy them the price should drop.I will have pics later on of an idea for the logo to be offset starting close to the brim of the hat. And I will have the two different styles of hats available.
