Does anyone know if the Clear Alternatives intergrated tail/signal lights work for our Buells? if so has anyone got them and were they hard to install. They look so hot would love to get some.

Simple just a couple wires to cut and connect. I had the tinted lense but busted it, so I just went back to the stock lense.

I got mine off a company from ebay for $85 including the lense but they are available off Americansportbike.com, here is a link to the light, there are a couple choices.

Just for you Dave. It was the first mod for my old bike, actually bought it before I had the bike. I had a video although it was embarrassing, since I video taped it. I was trying to do a burnout but ended up on the side, but my old computer died which erased the funny but embarrassing video.

Added a couple better ones, you can see the damn Uly tire they mounted up on my bike at the dealer too. Man I was pist, handled well but wasnt what I wanted.

Thanks, that American sportbike site is very useful. But seems like the intergrated tail light I want is less on this site http://clearalternatives.com
May be a diff. manufacturer. Not sure which one to order now. Way to confuse me...(easy to do though I'm very blond)[confused] Can anyone tell me if its the same or is one better quality than the other?

Buy what you wish some swear buy the more expensive ones, were as myself I bought the cheaper one and it has lasted 3 years. I payed $85 for my LED light and the tinted lense. I am sure the pricier ones are better but if you take care of the others they should last.

As far as my bike looking different yes, but I do have a different Firebolt now from the one in the picture.

Looked at the xb lights, thanks for that link I prob will go with them. I also love the added visability.
Will post pics when done. Thx for everyones input.

I have option 6 from xblights on my bike with a chopped tail, looks great and functions perfectly! You won't be disappointed!

i also have xblights option 6.
pricey, but i'd buy another just for the brake lights alone. super bright! i fear less of being rear-ended. there's always one out there...

If you have your plate in the stock location, use the tag light y0514.7aa

Hey Dave, I just ordered the same tail light and I'm gonna get a fender eliminator. What did you do for the turn signals?

I used 2 white LED cluster from AutoZone and a LED brake light bulb. Made up a bracket out of acrylic for inside the housing and done... Cost $30[up]
