That's not EBR's logo, that's harleys logo. I doubt harley cares anymore about use of that logo.

well they have many other brand names and their logos to , they may or May NOT have the licensing rights for those or the others the have .

seriuosly doubt Buell / Harley Davidson has given hardly any one those rights to produce buell logos. as it is HD that owns the Buell name and logo,

Erik Buell Racing LLC is not affiliated with Buell® or Harley-Davidson, Inc.
EBR does how ever have (for now, last I read) the licensing rights to 1125r & 1125rr & variuos parts for it and the XB from HarleyDavidson.

with that said, I would like black Buell levels with one with a Buell name and logo and the other with Erik Buell Racing name & logo & maybe a # 99 on each too.

They will not work on a xb, the 1125 has a hydraulic clutch.

HD has a hard enough time policing the licensing violators of it's own brand out of China so I doubt they would do anything or care about a few Buell decals or silk screens on a brake and clutch lever.

Yup, it's illegal. But it's China lol! You better buy them while you can, eventually they will stop. Saw a similar thing happen with wheel center caps. An eBay seller (China of course) was selling unlicensed Ford, GM, VW, BMW etc. etc.. center caps and someone came down on them so it all stopped abruptly, but they did get nearly two years of selling them before anything happened lol.

And NO the 1125 levers pair will NOT fit ANY XB !!NO

The brake is the same as 2009~10 XB12S/R/SS (ZTL) but the clutch is hydrolic on the 1125. 09 XB9 still uses the older XB levers (2003-2008).
