Jardine CF....QMI....removal

Hi guys,

I just bought a Jardine Rt-1 CF for my xb12r. I also bought the QMI for 2 1/4 exhaust tip....but...I just want to remove it without removing the exhaust from the bike. Has anyone done this??? Which tool did you uset it???
