Well i installed a Jardine RT slip on exhaust and EBR ECM on my 09 1125cr. .. ran great the first weekend. . Then went to start it after a couple days, Ran like ****. . Put in my old ECM, refired it, ran Great.. reinstalled EBR ECM and ran great... glitched one time after too when it was cold out..re synced the process and haven't had a glitch again. . Are all your 1125's that way ?? Temperamental ? Other then that..... very pleased with my 1125 being my first Buell ..

I will have my barker pipe and ebr ecm on Thursday. I sure hope I don't have any of the issues your having. I heard once the ecm is in the cold engine light is no more. Are you letting her warm up properly? Did you do a tps reset?

Yes, did the reset.. it seems if it's cold out,say in the 40's the bike is stubborn to start. .If that happens that's when the bike runs like ****..but if I reset the throttle process, it then runs fine..

I also have the EBR ecm and Jardine RT-5 and the same rough throttle response from time to time. It's annoying, but the TPS reset takes care of that every time. I just wish I knew why the reset doesn't "stick."

I have an EBR ECM with the Barker's, I find that the bike just runs richer overall. Sometimes it takes two tries to start and I can smell a little gas. Also after you do the tps reset I believe according to EBR, you're supposed to take the bike out on the highway and run it over 5k. I lost my directions but I'm pretty sure it said something similar to that. I consistently had a stalling problem but over time its gotten much better.
