EvilMechanic, You mind sending my triple clamp back to me. Looks like you got it back from the powder coaters. Kinda bogus that this is how you treat someone that borrowed you a part...but I want that back.

yeah, sorry dude. forgot all about it with everything going on, you should have txt me to remind me. I never even used it because that place jerked me around so much i just ended up using my own. Ill get it out to you.

EH, I did call you numerous times and left messages as well as email and such. Send it back. You should have my address on the buell bulletin board still.

Evil,

You've made one Evil looking machine man!
seriously amazing!!!!! and allot of attention to detail! enjoy it to the max!

i'm sure you've caused some neck injuries by now! ;)

Hey Evil, I think you made a seperate thread on your timing cover, but what did you use to cut it?
And then did you just paint that square-ish pulley plate?

you mean the front pulley cover? I used a wiz wheel for the basic hole, and then followed it up with a pencil style die grinder with a very small cutting bit @ about 40,000 rpms hooked up to an air compressor. Its basicly a smaller, more professional version of a dremel. Just take your time and follow the natural lines. I painted the pulley and nut black, and the nut locking plate red.

12SX- dude, I can't even get gas w/o being mobbed lol. Its great!

hahahaha.... all the hard work pays off ;)
i know i would drool all over your bike if i would see it in person, seriously a great job!

and i'm sure you find yourself admiring it before and after every ride.... aaaahh the joys of motorcycle riding! :D

Yeah man! Need the space and money for my new 1125r fighter project :D:D:D
