Just bought a 06 Xb12Scg ordered a Jardine pipe need help....

Just picked it up two weeks ago and yesterday I ordered a jardine pipe for it and also plan on putting in a K&N filter, I was told I can get away with the stock tune if the bike runs right Im done if not i need to remap my oem ecm with ecmspy and help from a buell forum and was recomended this one and BAdweb... can anyone help me fe flash my bike with a tune that will work with my new pipe and K&N... I am a network admin so im good with computers but need someone with experience to help me out

are there any buellers in NJ philly area?

You'll need to do a TPS reset just after install of jardine & air filter. Re-flashing fuel maps should follow afterwards. Mike @ Xoptiinside.com has the rep. of being very knowledgable & helpful and will send you a new map if you'd rather him do it. Can't remember the cost though.

you can datalog and remap on your own just fine. in my opinion, it woulda been better to save a lil more cash and get a different pipe than the jardine. Xopti makes changes to the EEPROM that are not visible in the ECMSpy UI. so either way, its good to get his tune to start, then do the logging and fine tuning.
