I'm on the fence. I love my Buell, but I really like knowing i'm not stuck with a fossil.

Ducati might be getting my business

Those prices are crazy.. I was seeing similar when looking today.

I tell ya, a new Buell would be a hot deal right now.
...pondering....:p

SELL NEVER NEVER NEVER.She even feels a little better between my legs now.Mmmmmmm Im falling more in love:D:D:D:D:D

Im starting the savings now. hopefully by winter time I can buy a CR to hold onto. I guess i'll go ahead and keep all my stock parts instead of trading them in. fuckin eh the price of CF is gonna hurt.

I'm not selling, but am considering buying another sportbike for a "daily driver".

I freaked out the other night when I heard Buell was closing thier doors but I was reminded of my first bike, a 1988 Honda NT650GT Hawk. If your not familiar with it was a 650cc Vtwin water cooled naked sport bike with a single sided swingarm. It was ahead of its time but it never really took off with all of the CBR's GSXR's etc coming onto the scene. Aftermarket parts were hard to find and so were parts. Honda cut production after 2 years but several years later it had a "Cult" following and aftermarket companies started producing big bore kits, full fairing race kits, exhausts etc. I loved how light and unique the bike was bolt sold it to buy a faster more modern machine. I wish to this day I had kept it, I feel that if I sold the Firebolt I would be in the same position years from now! Besides, I'm sure that most of us here would not be riding them if they were as popular or trendy as the current Asian "Biker Boys" machines.

I went to the local HD dealership today. They had 12 different buells as of thursday. Today they have 4. 2 blasts. 2008 1125r $5000. 2010 Xb12xt $8000.
I paid 5400 for my 2004 xb12r in may. I'm tempted to go and get that 1125r. Unbelievable price to move these bikes. [sad]

Only time will tell, dinasor or collector bike! I baught mine to ride & thats what I'm going to do. I have only had mine a month, wish I had known they would discount them this much, but I still would buy my uly-xt all over again, love it!Wish I had extra to get another cause I believe these bikes will by collector bikes in future!

I put 13k on my used 2004 xb9sx now witht he r tail.
the engine really a sooped sporster so those parts arent going any where i might buy wheel bearings pads are avible after marker and rotors so no huge worrie there.
i want a cr bad and my local dealer has 2 for 6995 i am sooo tempted but it is fall and funds are tight

KEEPING MINE I THINK THEY WILL MAKE A COME BACK IM EVEN LOOKING FOR A 1125R TO PICK UP RITE NOW

I am torn, I bought my Buell 1st brand new bike ever, thinking I was going to get several years of riding out of it now I am concerned that there is not going to be any parts for them. I don't want to ride around worrying if my bike takes a shit I wont be able to repair it. Even if I wanted to sell it now I would not be able to, it's not worth probably half what I owe on it.
