Just a little FYI. I lost both my keys for my bike. I read on here about a couple different routes to go, and stumbled upon a site called Keys4urride.com given you ignition is stock, you need to go to a dealer and show your registration and ask for the key code. My local HD dealer would need to order it but the only problem was that I would have to travel far and wide to the dealer that has the rights to buell parts and order my key there. So I googled the part number and came across keys4urride.com and typed in key code and had two keys at my doorstep in 2 days for 32 bucks! And they work.!

nicely done! but more importantly... How did you lose both keys!

I got mine from New Castle Harley. Gave em my bike info and had 2 new Buell OEM keys to my door for about 20 bucks plus shipping.

I didn't lose both keys at once. The first key I'm pretty sure I put in "a safe place that I would never forget about" that was one key. The other I just lost recently because I had just changed to oil in both holes and set it up with new tires, so of course it was bound to happen. I just got back from a quick ride because the new tires felt soooooo good. I can't believe how square my tires were before because I realize that I was fighting it into turns. Now it wants to really lean baby! Anyway I put my key in my pocket then ran onto the lacrosse field to coach my daughters team. It must have wound up on the turf field. The HD dealer just made it sound like a real problem because they didn't stock or order Buell items. So he gave me the info and I found that website. Each key was 13 bucks . With 2 day shipping= 32.00.

Hey no problem! I gotcha, I always end up ordering multiple keys for my vehicles. Especially the ones with the PATS security system.

with the PATS systems If you have 2 keys you can program a third yourself. But if you only have 1 key thats when you have to go to a dealer to get it programmed, which costs $$$$.

I always have 3 sets of keys just in case.

Flyinarmbar, are the keys you ordered from keys4urride.com genuine Buell keys with Buell and Pegasus on em? I lost a key and had a regular copy made but I would prefer the original set up if possible.

No Turbo, they are not oem. I was bummed for 1 second. I was just happy they worked and I was back on 2 wheels!

Where can you get the key code from? I lost my key and bought the bike used. Is the code listed on the ignition?
