Never underestimate the Smaller Countrys that want to do something no matter what the Cost. His son was pushed up in Rank so he could be in power even at his VERY young age. They knew his father was dying yeatrs ago. His decisions will be closely watched for the next 40 years or more simply because the Apple falls from the tree may just be worse.
