yay.. finally touched down yesterday... on left and right turns... makes the turn so much more comfortable... I love my buell.... its ******* fantastic.... That is all.

I haven't even scraped the pegs on my SS and if I do I'm pretty sure it'd be a lowside. Congrats! it's always a great feeling when you accomplish something you wanted to do.

No need to worry, the "feelers" on the pegs are down far enough, there's not a chance if proper technique is used. Take your time and more experience and you'll have to hack those off. Oh, and Congrats on the Touchdown! [up]

Edit: Would also add, wouldn't try scraping pegs anywhere but on a track.
