[up] I ordered a set of foot controls (shifter and brake pedal) along with 1" drop rider pegs and a front brake resovour custom milled with the older design Buell Pegasus. Alicia was GREAT and answered all my emails the same day. The parts are fantastic! I've done my share of machine work and must say the machine work fit and finish is AWESOME and the anodizing is great too. Their "Gold" anodizing matches Buell wheels perfectly, I was worried they'd be the more typical yellow "gold" color but they have a slight orange like the Buell wheels do. Got them in less then a week, and that included custom colors AND custom milling.

Just sharing incase someone was on the fence about purchasing from them.

I am very tempted to get the black pegs and controls. Everything else on the frame is black. The bare aluminum sticks out too much.
But alas I must set my priorities. I have a upgrade shopping list for my new Rubicon that is about $6K. Plus I have to set aside $$ for the Baldwin seat which my tail bone needs badly.
I'll definitely get the pegs done before my son gets his M on his license. By then he could be 6'6" and he will need all the extra legroom he can get.

Great, just great. Somebody else with a mod for me to do...

Nice dad. I don't have any kids, but if I did that sentence would've read "By then he could be 6'6 and he will need all the crappy old dual sport he can get because he's not riding my Buell".

To be fair though, my first bike was a crappy old dual sport and I loved every minute of it because I was happy to just be on a bike. Can't imagine what would've happened the first time I dropped a $10k 1203cc bike because I thought I'd try something goofy I didn't have the skills to accomplish.

Fixed that for ya.

Agreed, I emailed and asked if they could do their levers with smooth toe pegs, Alicia had it added as an option to the website in no time to make it easy for me to place my order. The knurled toe peg on my billet aluminum shifter was chewing up my work boots, needed something that wouldn't damage them...

I'm thinking the Gold brake and shifter are a bit much, but I'llwait and see after I paint the frame and swing arm black and have my Amber wheels mounted.

Ohh, have Gold Rizoma fat bars, Blue Pazzo levers and Blue billet D3 (Rizoma style) grips on the way. I think all this will look great once I get that fame and swinger powder coated flat black, seat rails and triple clamps smoked chrome (black chrome) and gloss black fork tubes.

I wrapped my toe pegs in clear heat shrink. I got the toe pegs in silver because I figured if it was anodized the anodizing would just wear off and look ugly.

I dig the cover too, it's a one of a kind....
For now I guess till someone else orders it lol, but I special ordered it that way and they had to write a program to mill it. For what it's worth, they have the newer Pegasus already programed too (get this one, keep mine an original lol).

I bought their reservoir cover in black, and I'm not sure how durable their anodizing is, because after only a couple months of baking in the Florida sun, the cover turned an uneven grayish silver. Maybe that is just common for anything that is anodized.

Sun and anodized parts don't get along. Some last longer than others, depends on how UV stable the dye is, but in general anodizing tends to fade in a lot of sun.

You know, I keep coming back to this thread because your pics are so much better than Knight's. Trying to decide between these and Precision Engineering's. That's the problem with finishing one project... :D
