No one will probably ever know the truth about what's really happening down there, but I'm guessing there are some truths to children being kidnapped, forced into war prematurely, and in many cases tortured and murdered. I'm assuming these are facts.

So by propaganda, who's responsible for it? The people up here making money off of it? Who cares!

Im not an activist in any way and CAN NOT STAND POLITICIANS, but if there are children being subjected to these types of things, it doesn't matter to me who's got reason to create propaganda, so long as it sheds enough light on the situation that maybe other young people don't have to go through it. if some dude up here gets rich off of it, but it helps elleviate that situation down there, here's my $2.00/month. take it. Use $0.12 for the fight and the rest for whatever you want to do.

There's not a politician in the washington that hasn't gotten rich off using their power and influence to make illegitimate business deals in their favor. But these aren't the same kinds of problems they're dealing with in Uganda.

We can't deny that some of this is going on, correct? So what's a couple dollars a month to support a cause YOU might feel is right?

We have a ton of problems here, no doubt, but what are these problems in comparison to evil dictators/rebels torturing and murdering?

Everyone has their own story. It doesn't hurt to try and help.

^[up]. I want to know what problems we have here that compare to your child being taken from you only to be forced to return and kill you? High gas prices? Unemployment? I have no doubt that IC is probably not the most up and up supposed non-profit organization. I also understand that the USA has always had their hand in placing ***** like this in power and suppling them with weapons and training to commit the atrocities that they do. So we should ignore it. The point of the video is to expose something that our wonderful mainstream media doesnt talk about. And unfortunately the vast majority of our population only relies on mainstream media for their info. I just get frustrated when people always have to be so negative and cynical about everything. Rant over. Back to sitting on my comfy couch and dreaming about riding my bike. Lol

I have not watched the KONY 2012 video - I have done my reading on the matter - but this is calling attention to things going on in this world that the vast majority of people don't ever think about otherwise. It is causing people to consider things they normally do not consider. Enlightenment. Good can come from it.

I am part of the problem at home. Laid off manufacture laborer, still unemployed because of the anti-jobs, anti-energy president. The only racial hatred I see is from Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Affirmative Action, and the NAACP. Blacks are more racist than whites.
