Got in touch with my former employer today, and got greenlit to do a small series of these heelguards.
Been working on the geometry for the 1125 heelguard today, and I gotta say it's a much more complex piece. But I'm working with someone who has the bike, and once I make pair, I'll send it to him and he'll test fit and so on and so forth. You get the picture. Here's a mockup of the left side guard with the EBR logo.

JayDuke Stars & Stripes? Sure, why not, I mean once the design is set, there really are few limits to what the lasercutter can do. Not that talented.

Restlessrustler, Rae, BamBamXB12r As you might be aware, if you've read thru this thread, I totally dropped the ball on this while I should have plowed on. Life happened, etc. It's safe to assume, that I've alienated most of the people who initially signed up for these. Regardless, I'll make the pieces for the people on the list, PM them, and if they're still interested, they'll get theirs. Everyone else is on an order by order basis.

About pricing: for the Pegasus, Pegi XB, EBR, brassknuckle and honeycomb:
For the XB frame the driver set is $65 and the same for the passenger set.
The 1125 model is so more labourous, that it'll cost 25% more.
If you want something special cut on your set, then PM me. We'll work it out.
Shipping is still a bit hazy, as the cheapest international option I've worked out is around $50 to the U.S.
from Finland. I know there are cheaper options, but the web apps and "calculate your fare"-widgets are so hard for me to wrap my head around, so I'll go to DHL and UPS personally to find out what those options are.

USPS probably doesn't ship from Finland to the States, but I'll do what I can to make sure that the shipping costs don't rise over a certain threshold.

I love the ebr honeycomb! In a perfect world I would try the xb one to have just the letters on the guard and possibly so xb was too big for the space, if that makes sense. Also if they were on just the rider sets but just my .02

mrmudhill has gone AWOL again. I'm going to lock this thread. If he decides to get serious about producing the heelguards, he can start a new one. I would strongly recommend that none of you send him money until he has product in hand, and even then I wouldn't suggest it.
