So, I ran across the lazareth xb12...lets just say im impressed... mostly by the look they accomplished. I was wondering if anyone might have ran across a similar front fairing. I was thinking if i couldnt find one like that I might try my hand at some custom fab work. Possibly source some headlights from a new r6 or cbr and then chop up their fairing or a firebolt fairing and do a lil fiberglass work. I have a friend with access to cnc support so i was thinking I could have a mount/bracket set made to make the fairing sit really low and close like the lazareth since the fire bolt fairing sits kinda out and comes up higher... Thoughts? if it comes down to fabing one it will be a while before i can start it since i have to pay tax and tag next week[sad]

Iv always been under the impression it was a chopped and modded 1125r fairing

Hmmm... you could very well be right... I didn't even think about that.. but in customization mode i went anyway and photoshopped this image to better visualize my thoughts... comments please

Thanks, I did some eBay price scouting and I guess I could pick up the parts for these prices:

Headlight: 350
Front fairing: 125
Stay bracket to modify: 60
Windscreen: 20
Total not including random crap: 555
So I figure with some time and funds I could prolly churn one out for 600-650 maybe cheaper if I kept looking for cheaper maybe slightly more used parts.
Then maybe integrate the blinkers into the headlight assembly throw some HIDs in and maybe some angel eyes

Also to derail my own thread a bit has anyone tried installing the Koso RX-2N / GP STYLE SPEEDOMETER (0-10000 RPM) thinking if i go ahead with the fairing/headlight i might try to throw that in as well
