LED Lights inside Airbox Cover?

I was thinking of accenting my 2007 XB9SX w/ those Lizard LED light strips. Would I be able to put them under the airbox cover safely? I think it would light up the airbox and make it look awesome at night so I hope this would work. Any thoughts???

It will. I have not seen it first hand, but send me your email and I will forward it to a fellow bueller who has done just what you speak.
He bought a light from me a while back and has an 1125R that he swapped over to the clear cover and installed LED's. he said it looks bad ass. I think he used infared LED's for a suttle look and it makes stuff glow

i have those exact lights from kuryakyn, they are expensive but well worth it, they are very bright and easy to expand to different locations. We have the same idea, i was thinking exactly the same, and as soon as i get the money im going to add 2 lizzard lights, one on each side of my air filter. i will add some pics as soon as i can. if you do it please add a pic or two. thanx good luck
