LED stripe tail chop from stock tail

I printed that one on Thingaverse too It's not really a structural part so I did one at 40% infill (PLA) that seemed plenty sturdy, but re-printed a solid one anyway, just because. Still took 2 damn days to do it.

Thats a big chunk of billet to machine! 6061? I imagine that piece polished and the seat rails wrapped in dull chrome could be a sweet X-1 tribute look. Please post pics it does deserve its own thread:eagerness:
