LED Turn Signal Flasher Install?

Does anyone know where this damn this goes. I bought it with two sets of LED Turn Signals mounted front and rear. I bought it from American Sports Bike as recommended. turn signal flasher is mounted on the bracket from the fork to where your turn signal bolts to behind the headlight it's either bolted to the braket or zip-tied to it
