I'm lookg to remove the rear turn signals off my bolt, and put led signals in the passenger peg mount running down the back side of it. Has anyone does this and does anyone know where I can find and orange led strip that can be placed inside the mount?

I know someone has done this...Just spent 20 minutes trying to find the tread/pictures... Really nice mod, I've taken off the passenger mounts so not an option for me.

yea, that's pretty much what I'm looking for jack.
I did a bit of searching at work today, found this site. I may give these a shot:

LEDS

that looks nice, I been wanting to mod my tail lights cause I hate the stock bug eyes. Any suggestions when doing it? and Kyle how'd they work out?

klauder88- The link that 303xb posted is from my DIY. The LED pods are VERY bright and are easy to install.

no problems with them? thats nice. is it just a strip for side? and do they come in amber?

They're light pods from eBay. I made my own passenger heel guards from carbon fiber and siliconed the pods to the back. Then I sprayed them black to match (they were chrome). Ran the wire leads up under the tail and soldered direct to the factory harness. All total it took about 2hrs.

i'm thinking about under the seat about ten inches and siliconing them on and connecting the wires straight to it. however today i dumped my bike, totally blasted my front left turn signal and broke some other things so i'm going to be fixing those now. i plan on doing a moded flush mount for the front

FYI, I've used Oznium in the past on my Triumph in the ram air holes I used the flexible LED strips, wired them in as secondary front blinkers. Great quality product, I've ordered from them again since because of the good customer service and quick shipping, etc. Easy to use and setup as well. Daytime you won't see them much but in low light, etc they are great.

I just ran two 12 inch strips along my under tray. Work great in low light situations, not as bright as I'd like in full daylight. Still haven't decided what I'll try next.......

I bought some on a whim at the local Canadian Tire (yea I know, most of you yanks are like WTF? :) ) But anyways, they're 5-6" long, and I bought some plugs to crimp on that matched the plugs for the stock signals under the seat. Then I just ran the wires down through a gap between the tail and the sub frame, and stuck em on. They're super bright red, and seem to be okay so far. I rode for 2 years with no signals at all, so I'm sure its an improvement.

I'll try and get a pic up in a minute...
