This is just a shout out to all of the ss owners out there new and experienced. Like all of the other models they are a breed of there own.

I really miss mine... Is it true the TT uses the same Ss frame?

not really sure cooter I've heard it's something along those lines with the uly suspension slightly different plastics. That's a great pic cooter. I really dig them in sunset.

Thanks:) I bought it cheap from a Harley repair shop that was using it as a parts runner with only 4000 miles!? on it. I thought it was slightly obnoxious when I had it, but in hindsight... I'm looking for another one:black_eyed:

You can covert an SS to a TT and visa verse in short order with less than $200 or so. Same frame. 07 TTs have the 08+ front and rear shocks because the TT was a late model year release in 07. Otherwise no difference other than saddle and plastics.

Huh, for some reason the forum reduced the resolution of that photo...

Not to sure but the uly seats might fit the ss too. I'm 5'10" the urban assault is less of a stretch than the stock. It's narrower at the top of the seat so she doesn't seem as wide.

I've put over 30,000 miles on my Ss and looking forward to the next 30,000 plus miles. :)

I'm only 5'7" and use an urban assault seat on mine 95% of the time. It's easier for me to touch the ground with it then a stock seat.

im 5'7 also so maybe that is the seat i should look at. im on my tip toes with the stock seat kinda suck for comfort also.

No idea how it would be for a passenger, almost no padding on the back part of the seat. Plus a cool little logo saying no pass. allowed. I use the stock seat for the rare occasions I have a pass.
